I do know your dream art supply would probably be brush pens ![]() because they are sort of all in one. You know 'sort of'. They are used in calligraphy, painting: they're so smooth you'll just get addicted to coloring with them, and yup they can be used as watercolors if you wish to you actually can use them; ![]() how? I'll tell you. So, see, I as an artist always want more and more benefits at the same price. So for that you need a whole lot of research. Surfing through a number of websites, watching YT videos. It's just so tiring ![]() hard. I'll make it easier for you. I'm gonna include all the stuff you need 'a know before you gotta buy it in this article. Why Brush Pens?See, if you're a kid your parents are definitely gonna ask 'why brush pens?' ![]() Or even you'd yourself think why buy it? So, the answer is see, its multitasking art supply. It lets you do calligraphy, do watercolor painting, normal painting specially you know those kawaii sketches. These days people are probably keeping sketch pens aside cause they are so dark, they leave spots and don't even look neat 'n' nice. Everyone is going for alcohol based markers. But the thing is they can cost you up to 25 $ . That's just so expensive ![]() are just for 2-5$ ![]() even more than watercolors or sketch pens. So basically the benefits are:- 1. They cost less and are sold at a highly affordable and reasonable price. 2. They last longer. 3. They help you bring out your creativity in a number of ways. 4. They let you do calligraphy. 5. They let you do painting. 6. And the final results are quite neat. They don't even leave dark impressions. It's all true you can rely upon me cuse if I'd have been lied my nose would have grown longer as that of an elephant ![]() Why Not Brush Pens? There's no such specific reason. But I just added this column over so you don't say that I'm simply praising these pens and not telling the Cons. Just telling the pros. ![]() obvious thing so that's the only disadvantage ![]() what nonsense was that ![]() Which Brand to Go for? There are a couple of brands all over the world selling art supplies and brush pens (of course ![]() the same price. See there's one brand that gives you 14 shades including one mettalic silver shade, free watercolor or calligraphy sheets at just 2$ while other brands simply give you 12 shades all basic ones no sheets and the quality is not that good too moreover at the same price. My Personal ExperienceSo my experience is quite good till now it has been 2-3 months and they are working quite well. Its really helpful for me to make borders for my school assignments ![]() The only problem for me is making the thinner stroke because there is no specific grip in over the pen so I have to stop and change my way of holding it to get a different stroke while doing calligraphy. Every other thing is just good ![]() ![]() too I can fix with practice. So, basically brush pens are a good thing to go with. They give you so many ways to flaunt off your creativity. They have an affordable price. And there are so many advantages just one or two disadvantages. |
